Drug Court -

The 96th District Treatment Court is designed to address the personal and social problems which stem from substance abuse.

This program targets non-violent substance abuse offenders, typically 2nd offense drunk drivers. The program partners substance abuse treatment with judicial intervention to improve the safety of our community, as well as to allow offenders the opportunity to become responsible members of their families and community.
