WHAT
CAN I DO IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICES?
You may contact your mental health professional or his/her supervisor
to discuss your concerns. If you are uncomfortable doing so or you feel
that your concerns were not handled to your satisfaction, please contact
your local Rights Coordinator at one of the listed numbers.
• It is your
right to request a different clinician.
• If you file an appeal or complaint, the Community Mental Health
agency or
Substance Abuse provider may not retaliate or create barriers to services.
• Providers may advocate for their consumers and will not be subjected
to retaliation.
