NorthCare is an affiliation
formed in February, 2002 which is comprised of the five Upper Peninsula
Community Mental Health Centers (CMHs). Pathways, doing business as NorthCare,
has been designated as the lead agency of this affiliation. The Community
Mental Health agencies involved in this affiliation include:
